Gut Fuel 隨身包 (HCP)

Tossed a couple of these in my carry-on for a work trip and they took up zero space, which was exactly what I needed. The single-serve packets mean I actually stuck to my gut routine instead of skipping it like I usually do when I'm away from home.

I've been keeping these in my gym bag and lunchbox, and the single-serve packets make it ridiculously easy to stick to my routine without measuring anything. The packet itself tears open cleanly, which is more than I can say for a lot of other supplements I've tried.
